These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of horus-casino, accessible exclusively via horus-ca.com. Effective date: November 6, 2025.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: Limits are specified per game and may vary. Players are responsible for reviewing game-specific rules prior to wagering. The Operator reserves the right to adjust limits in compliance with regulatory obligations.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

Termination & Suspension
- Grounds for Suspension or Closure: The Operator may suspend or terminate a User's account for:
- Breach of these Terms or any applicable law
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct
- Inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months
- Regulatory request or legal requirement
- Procedure: Users will be notified by email of the reason for account suspension or closure. Where possible, the Operator will provide an opportunity to remedy the breach unless immediate action is required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.
- Refund of Funds: Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the User using the last known payment method, subject to successful KYC and regulatory clearance.
- Appeal Rights: Users may appeal suspension or termination decisions by contacting support@horus-ca.com with relevant supporting information.
